The types of personal information collected are: name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card information. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide for the Newsletter for email updates only. We do not share this information with outside parties. No exceptions!
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Children: While Buddy-Board™ encourages everyone to visit its website and learn about the company, Buddy-Board™ LLC has no desire to collect information from anyone under 18. Do not provide us with any information unless you are at least 13 years of age. If a minor would like to submit information we ask that the child’s parent submit the information on his or her behalf. Buddy-Board™ LLC adheres to the Children’s Online Protection Act. If a child under 13 has provided personal information, a parent or guardian may so inform us in writing at the address noted and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our database as allowed by law.
