Orders may be returned if the packaging is unopened and in the original condition within 15 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return postage. Your account will be credited, minus $1.50 processing fee, upon receipt and you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders damaged during shipping process may be returned for a replacement.

Note: if you receive a damaged product you must notify us via email (info@buddy-board.com) or phone (1-877-BUDDY-02) within 48 hrs of receipt of damaged product.
